Error adding the unlimited data plan ("temporarily unavailable")

Hi,

 

I am trying to add the $30/mo unlimited data plan to my account. The error I am getting is "Temporarily unavailable".

 

Can an XFinity representative help me out?

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.
