Equiptment swap

I just received an email that my equiptment is on its way...called customer service and they told me its for an equiptment swap....I know nothing about this...didn't request it...they cannot give me an answere as to why I'm getting this...only to refuse the package....i'm concerned ...who requested this on my account..can't tell me that...did not seem concerned at all
