Equipment
I recently closed my Xfinity account because I moved from New Jersey to Florida. I canceled my internet service and physically returned all of my equipment before the move.
However, I just received a final bill containing a "One-Time Charge." Under the billing explanation, it states, "your equipment must be returned within 10 days." The bill does not specify what item it is referring to.
I am currently still unpacking from my cross-country move, so finding my physical UPS return receipt is going to be incredibly difficult right now. That being said, I am confident I returned everything I actually had in my home. I suspect this might be an unactivated streaming box or Flex box that was bundled onto my account at sign-up without my knowledge, as I never had or used one.
Could an Official Employee please help me open a ticket to look at my account's device history? I would like to audit what specific serial number is triggering this charge and verify if it was ever activated or plugged in.
Thank you for your help!

Hello, @user_KAU112. I appreciate you making us aware that you're being charged for a device you've already returned. I would be more than happy to review your account to see what we need to do to correct this. To be able to discuss account specifics, please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page. Click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Here's a link that includes a guide on how to send a DM https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/guidelines/how-to-direct-messaging-within-the-forum/697ba1e570934d009185c514.
