I have received a message asking for equipment to be returned. I tried returning equipment on March 3, 2026 that was issued for my address at [Edited: Personal Information]. I was purchasing a new home at [Edited: Personal Information], Xfinity is included in the HOA fee.  Previous owner was instructed to leave equipment which they did.   When trying to return the equipment for the [Edited: Personal Information] address your system would not allow return of equipment and I was told to keep equipment.  I am happy to return the equipment, however I am a "snowbird" and will not be returning to Florida until Nov.  Please advise how we can best resolve this issue, avoiding charges.   Thank you,  [Edited: Personal Information].

If you already received new equipment at your new address,  and are up and running you are correct that you'll want to return any equipment that was for your previous address.
