Hi, 

I moved and I didn't know I was suppose to return the equipment. I can't remember if I threw it away or pack it away.

user_rue8k8 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your equipment. Any equipment that appeared on your monthly bill is needed back when you no longer have services with us. If it is not returned, there is a fee for the unreturned equipment. Once that is applied, it can only be removed by the return of the equipment in question. 

If it has been billed already, there is still time to locate the equipment and get it back to us. You can check out our return options here.
