I keep receiving the following message on my phone: "Hello, this is a reminder to return the unused Comcast Xfinity equipment, which can be returned to Xfinity store. Comcast has partnered with complete recovery to provide additional free and easy return options. Call us at [Edited: "Phone Number"] and reference account [Edited: "Personal Information"]. 
I turned in my equipment over a year ago! Please help.
