Equipment
I have canceled my wifi internet about 2 months ago because I was moving out to a different location. In the process I end up losing the equipment I was suppose to return under 30 days. 1 month goes by and i find the equipment after all the unpacking. I've tried call customer service to see if I still have time and wave the charges on my account and return the equipments. Is there anyway someone can reach me?

Hi there, NevokJashin25! Congratulations on your new place! I hope you are getting settled in and that things are well! I am happy to hear you found the equipment so you can avoid that charge. I certainly know things can be misplaced when you move.
You can drop that off at a local Xfinity store in the area where you previously lived or box it up and take it to any UPS store. UPS will label and ship it back to us at no charge. If you use the UPS option it can take 10 days for the equipment to be removed from your account.
Once the equipment is removed, if you were charged for the equipment, an automatic credit is applied within 72 hours by our system. If a refund is then due to you because of the credit, that is sent within 4-6 weeks.
When do you think you will be able to drop that off at the Xfinity or UPS store?
