Equipment?

I ordered upgraded equipment several days ago but never got a confirmation email. Would like to have a wifi 6e router/modem combo. Any way to see the status? There's nothing on the billing page.

Also, is my account eligible for a speed upgrade at the same price? I think because our account is old, some of the new cheaper packages outperform ours at cheaper prices.
