Equipment was not delivered

My equipment was not delivered due to address error and it was sent back to the sender. I tried to contact UPS they told me to contact the sender, but I haven't heard anything from the sender themselves. Is there a way for me to get another equipment and have it delivered at the nearest Xfinity Store near me for convenience sake? I do not want to pay for equipment I don’t have and most definitely don’t want to pay for services that I am not receiving.

Hello franciscomasferre thank you so much for taking the time and reaching us here on our Xfinity Forums.  Was this new equipment for a new service? When items are being added to our system, you are not billed for the changes until this action is completed. If the incorrect address was put in originally, we will need to correct that so that the right services and equipment are going to the right location.
