Hello, @user_g7q4iy thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance and would like to investigate the equipment upgrade further. From experience, I know standard shipping typically can take 2-5 business days.

- When did you place the order?

Once an order has been placed to ship equipment, you can log into your account either online or through the Xfinity App. You can find tracking details under the "Billing" tab, if the order has been processed through our warehouse. You can also search your email (including spam/junk) for a shipping confirmation message sent by Xfinity, which will contain a clickable tracking link for UPS or FedEx.

- Do you see any information when logging into your account?
- Did you receive an order confirmation email, to check for tracking updates?
