Equipment Upgrade?

I’ve had Xfinity services since at least 2018-2019 and I’ve had the same equipment since. I thought I would be eligible for an upgrade by now but I can’t find anything on my app. I just got the Xfi Complete but I thought I could upgrade all of my equipment after a certain amount of years? Someone please help!

Our Xfinity stores will welcome you in and get you any equipment you need! If you need a 4K box for your new 4K tv we will need to ship it to you. We would be happy to help get that set up for you right here!

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
