Equipment upgrade and acct address

I moved to a new house. I need to make 2 changes to my account. 1) I have an old Gateway device, TC8305C, that I need to upgrade. Xfinity sent me an equipment package in the mail for a TV which I don’t have — I actually need a new gateway. 2) I need to delete the old address on my account now that my new address is activated
