Equipment Update Issue
I have received an email from Xfinity saying that I should update my old DVR boxes to more modern equipment (at no cost). I have followed the steps to process the order for the updated boxes, but the order will not process to completion. I receive a pop up message that says "Looks Like Something Went Wrong, Please Refresh The Page and Try Again". This happens continuously. I've also tried channel 1995 and it doesn't let me update/place an order.

@ComcastMartin Do you get many private messages because I can't for the life of me find a way to send one. I am having the same issue trying to upgrade my equipment.

We received an email in June that said: "However, your current device is not able to deliver these new speeds. We'll send you a new device at no additional cost so you can enjoy the faster speeds you deserve. "
When I follow the link to " xfinity.com/equipmentupdate. " it tells me I have the most uptodate equipment. ??? One of these messages must be wrong. btw my 1.2 GPS service is actually operating at about 0.45 Gps
