Equipment Stolen

Hello, 

I received a notification that my modem and router should’ve been delivered, but I think the package got stolen since I do not see it. How can I get a replacement? We need Internet ASAP.

Hello @shaniaw123. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. You can go to any Xfinity store to pick up the equipment. By chance did you have a FedEx or UPS tracking number to see if they took a picture of where the package was delivered?
