Equipment shipped too early, nobody to receive it
Hi,
I recently ordered the delayed shipment option to move into my new home on August 2. However, it has already arrived and I am across the country. I am unsure if the equipment will be stolen or taken between now and my move-in time. If that were the case, how could I proceed in this situation? Could Xfinity send another gateway to my new home?
