equipment sent to wrong address
I recently moved and moved my service to my new address. While I was moving the service they had me sign up for new equipment which I did. They sent my new equipment to my old address which is several states away from my new address and I can't go get it. Im currently paying for internet I can't use and am at a loss at what to do.

Congratulations on your new place, @Briarthorns! I apologize that your equipment went to your previous address and would be happy to help. We will get the lost equipment removed from the account and get new equipment to you ASAP.
Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
