Equipment sent to the wrong address and on the wrong day

My equipment wasn’t due to be delivered until next weekend because I’m not in town and they also sent it to the wrong address even after I called the delivery driver twice and they sent me straight to voicemail. I also left them a text message and no reply. Should stop using bringg to deliver your packages.

user_gyyl0t We appreciate you bringing your equipment concerns to us. Since you're out of town, you can just pick up the equipment at your local Xfinity store. You will not be held responsible for the equipment that was delivered to the wrong address. Does the store option sound best at this time?
