Equipment Returns

Is there a way to find the serial numbers of the equipment I'm supposed to return? I've been sent equipment numerous times for any small changes I've made to my account for seemingly no reason, often basically the same equipment. Now I'm getting charged for numerous unreturned items, but I have no idea what I'm supposed to return and what I'm supposed to use. Many of the boxes that I've sent have never even worked
