Equipment return

We just moved... canceled our service and returned our equipment.  I keep getting messages saying that I'm being charged $152 for unreturned equipment.  We returned 4 pieces of equipment and 2 remotes.  I'm guessing they didn't scan everything when my husband returned the equipment.  Help?
