Equipment Return
I recently canceled my internet and I was using my own modem/router. I keep getting text messages saying to return my equipment, but when I go to the returns site and log in there aren't any devices listed that I need to return. It's just a blank page.
I still have the Xfinity TV thing that came with my internet, but even that's not showing up so until now I've assumed I'm fine. But do I need to return this? It's confusing since the returns website says one thing but I get these texts every few days saying otherwise.
