Equipment Return

I moved cross country from Mass to California and did not have time to drop-off my router. I currently have the router with me in San Diego, but there are no locations for hours away. I am trying to print a shipping label to drop the router off at UPS, but there has been no way to print one even with support. I have been trying online chat and speaking with customer support for 3 weeks and have had no luck.

I am led to a screen to select a device to ship, but my router is not listed to select in order to print. I keep trying to access it with the help of support, but nothing has worked. I do not want to have to pay a fee for a non-return of equipment.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

You should be able to just take it to UPS for them to ship it back.  They'll generate a label.  Make sure you get a receipt that shows the serial number of the router.  You shouldn't have to pay to ship it back.

@Again is correct that you do not need to have a label to return to a UPS store. We have an awesome partnership with UPS and will take care of the packing and postage for you! Check the link: https://www.theupsstore.com/tools/find-a-store to locate a UPS store near you.
