Equipment Return Text Messages

We recently closed out our Xfinity account due to moving. We closed out the account at an Xfinity store. The only equipment we had was the Flex box, which we returned and have the receipt that it was returned. I keep getting text messages telling me to return all equipment within 30 days. When I click on the link in the text message, it takes me to a blank white page, whether I'm on my phone or laptop. If I highlight and copy/paste to a document, I can see that it is asking me to select the equipment I would like to return. However, there isn't any equipment listed. I'm at a loss as to what to do at this point.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
