equipment return, "Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now"

When I try to use Xfinity's page for equipment returns, it always results in the message,  "Sorry, This Isn’t Working Right Now". Chat 's limited understanding make it useless. So how do I return equipment then?

user_6kk6pk, Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out. I can certainly understand the inconvenience caused by that error message when trying to use our equipment return page. I am sorry to learn about this experience when using that page and our chat support channel. You've come to the right place. We are a team of experts who specialize in resolving equipment return inquiries such as this. We can help. I just tried the page, and it seems to be working on my end. Have you tried using another browser, device, or clearing cache and cookies to see if you experience the same issue? Another option to return your equipment is to visit us at a Comcast Service Center or XFINITY Store if one is not too far from you. We would love to see you. You can even schedule an appointment so you do not have to wait in line. To schedule, go to our Xfinity Store Locator tool and follow the steps to easily schedule your appointment online here. Enter a location and click the magnifying glass, or select the Use current location button to search for a store near you.

Nope, none of that made a difference. Same message every time. Y’all need to fix that if you really want your stuff back.

I'm sorry that did not help, user_6kk6pk. In this case, the next option would be visiting us at the nearest service center. Did you get a chance to check our store locator tool?
