Equipment return lost receipt

I returned a customer of mine’s equipment on 2/26 at a local UPS store, but have lost the paper receipt and otherwise have no proof of return now. However, Comcast is still asking for the equipment and charging the customer. How can I go about verifying that Comcast received the equipment?

clklaus We can check the account and see what equipment it is still flagging. Sometimes there are leftover streaming boxes or other equipment customers may not have realized they had. What type of equipment did you return to UPS?
