Equipment Return Issue
I returned equipment that I recently replaced on June 9th. I received email confirmation from Xfinity that they received the equipment but am still getting multiple calls per day asking me to return it. I’ve now spoken to three representatives to no avail. I’ve tried blocking the numbers but they keep changing. Since nothing else seems to have worked, I’m trying posting about it here. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau and I will be rethinking my long-standing relationship with Xfinity.
