equipment return emails
I returned my modem to the store in Layton, UT to the manager, Yo, on 5/31 however I'm still getting emails to return my equipment. He did not give me a receipt (unaware that I should have received one) but said if there are any issues to specifically mention his name. Contacting customer service via phone doesn't help because I can't get through to an actual person.
