equipment return and no printer

Hi,  I need to return equipment and currently have no way to print a label and there isn't a xfinity  store close by.  Do I have to mail  it myself and pay postage?  What can I do?  Thanks.

Hello user_ax0lek Have you had a chance to check out our Xfinity Return Center ? While an Xfinity Store may not be close, you can return Xfinity equipment to UPS stores near you.  If even that isn't possible, please reach us here using the instructions below and we can further assist.
