equipment removal
Comcast did some major work installing underground wires in my neighborhood and left some major equipment in my yard. It has been 3 weeks since they finished and no one has returned to pick up the equipment. I have contacted Xfinity multiple times with no results. How do I speak with a direct person in this field instead of basic customer service that has been unable to help?

Good afternoon llew-sink. Thank you very much for making us aware of this. You have reached the right place, and I will be more than happy to assist you with getting this taken care of. I will need some additional information in order for us to get this resolved.
