Equipment order status
I placed an order to replace/upgrade my X1 box (as instructed by Xfinity) and got a confirmation email that the order would arrive in 3-5 days. That window has now passed, and the order status still shows "In Process". The cooling fan in my current box sounds like a swarm of angry bees, so I think failure is likely soon. How can I see more detailed order status to see what's holding up my order? Thanks!

To send a "Direct Message" message:
