Oh, no! Sorry to hear your equipment isn't working, @Tiffshoudy. I hope everyone is safe. Are you referring to your modem and cable boxes? Are you close to a Xfinity Store where you can simply swap out for new equipment? You can do that in order to get your services working properly as soon as possible.
