Equipment not showing up under returns

How can I return my modem when the device will not show up under returns and there is no Xfinity store near me?

@user_935013 Printing a label is just one of the return options we offer. Since UPS handles all of our shipping needs there is no need to have a pre-printed label. You can take the device in question to any UPS location, and they can provide a return shipping label for you free of charge! [Returns](https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment) Our Returns page does show all your options in case you need to find a different option.
