Equipment not received
I ordered a self install kit for my new service and I am notified that my package was delivered yesterday. I looked all around my house and there is no package. Delivery notification says it was left at a side door and I have no side door.

I am having the same issue. Ups says it was delivered but when it wasnt. Someone was home all day and the package was never delivered.
