Equipment not in package?
I received my Getting Started Kit package but inside is only a piece of paper that says “Get Started”, and tells me to get the app and login. I have done this but where is the rest of the equipment for me to connect my Internet?

Please send a direct message with your first and last name, as well as complete service address to "Xfinity Support". To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
1. Click "Sign In" if necessary
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
4. Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
5. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

We don't sell any of our equipment, but you can find equipment that will work with our service with this link. When do you think you will be able to purchase one?

Comcast employee ran the wire but has not hooked up anything to set up the internet. He has not come back to finish the job, but we have already paid him
