Equipment missing from equipment returns page
I am attempting to return equipment to Xfinity. I am being charged over $200 for the Storm Ready Wifi equipment from my old address. I have moved and changed Xfinity plans that no longer include that service. I have gone to the store in person and they claimed I fully owned the equipment and could not find it on my account to accept the return. I have attempted to initiate a return through the return devices page but the equipment is not available to select.
I was told I had 10 days to return any equipment and it has only been 8 days. I have called the support line multiple times and have yet to reach a real agent. None of the virtual agents have been able to solve my issue. I have also attempted the text line and after I described my issue it disconnected me.

Thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums @user_79j4k2! The 10 days window is for returning rental equipment. The Storm-Ready WiFi Equipment is not rental equipment. For more information we have this dedicate article here.
The Storm-Ready WiFi equipment can only be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Information on returning and exchanging the Storm Ready WiFi equipment can be found here.
The Storm-Ready WiFi Equipment is available for $7 per month for 36 months or a one-time payment of $252. It would appear the 36-month payment plan was cancelled when the previous account was cancelled. Would you like to transfer the Storm-Ready WiFi equipment to the new address?
