Equipment lost or stolen

My equipment was delivered to my apartment well before move-in and when I arrived, it was no longer present. I believe it has been misplaced or stolen. How do I get xfinity to send a new another modem?

You can pick up new equipment at a local service center, and we can put in a ticket for the missing equipment. This is the fastest and free way to get new equipment.
