Equipment list

Where can I get a list of the equipment Xfinity will be asking me to return should I cancel service? I'm looking for a list that shows the Serial # or whatever number Xfinity will be checking, not the generic "TV Box" "DVR Box".

Thanks for reaching out, @Xfifi. You can visit the Digital Return Center, you will be able to see what equipment is on your account, and what would need to be returned.

Xfifi That's odd, you should have been taken to an area where you can see all the equipment on your account. If you're still having the same result, we can look up what equipment you have tied to your account. Please send us a direct message.
