Equipment Installed but not showing as activated on my account.

Hello,

I need an advanced team members support I have reach out several times regarding this issue and despite being promised that the issue will be resolved in a couple hours, nothing has changed. - See support ticket: [Edited: "Personal Information"].

I am having an issue where the Xfinity app shows that I have yet to activate my "Internet equipment".

The equipment is working and I can access the wifi but cannot access the modem to set the modem name and password.

Because Xfinity isn't showing my service as activated this is preventing me from accessing the streaming service I have subscribed to - Xfinity Streamsaver.

When clicking the "Activate and view streaming apps" -> I get to a page that sates "Something unexpected happened". 

Under the FAQ - I see the Access to streaming services is only available after your Xfinity service is installed and activated. I believe because the modem isnt showing as activated it is preventing me from accessing the services I paid for.
