Equipment infested

Im planning on moving in a few weeks and want to stay with xfinity still since weve always had a a great experience with you. But id love to replace the rental equipment but in the past couple months, we suddenly had a pest infestation which has spread all over including the rental equipment and we would like to replace the ones we have for new ones to not spread andything in our new home. Now, i dont know if theyd accept my return or if i would have to pay out if pocket for an unconvience to replace the equipment. please help!!

Hello @user_0z6on0. You are free to swap the device if it is no longer working for you at no additional cost to you. You can also have one shipped to the new home if you like, but please remember with shipping that you will need to remember to return the old device once the new one has arrived. If you need any further assistance, I'm more than happy to help in any way I can.

How would we be able to swap them even tho they are got infested? Do we need to put them in bags tied tightly and take them in? Or would we need to call the store and let them know and have someone pick them up?
