Equipment heading to wrong address

I recent moved across the US, and had all of the confirmations saying my new equipment would be delivered to my new address. However, yesterday I got the tracking number, and it had the destination as my old address. I talked with an Xfinity agent, and they assured me that it was headed to my new address. Upon checking the tracking today, this is clearly not the case, based on where the package is now. Not sure how to get this fixed...?

@user_97tm1c Please note that sending unsolicited peer to peer direct messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a direct message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. This is just a heads up for future reference, but we look forward to further assisting you through the DM you have already sent us.
