How can I follow up on an equipment order status?

Hello user_68cc64, thank you for taking the time to reach out on social media.

Provided that your email address is on file with us, we will provide a shipping confirmation email that will contain the UPS tracking number link. You can simply click on the UPS tracking number and you will be forwarded to the UPS website where you will be provided the most recent shipping status.

You may also sign up for the UPS My Choice program, which provides delivery alerts and other features, like the ability to provide your UPS driver instructions, sign online for your Getting Started kit package or reroute your Getting Started kit to a UPS Access Point or store location for a small fee.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
