Equipment and service the worst

I want to make a formal complaint about the COMCAST system that underperforms all the time. At least 3xs a week my TV experience is interrupted by locking up and I have to reset(power down and up) my equipment. I’ve changed it out several times and to no avail it [Edited: Language]. Due to it being reconditioned! I’m currently looking for other ways to view my entertainment with some other provider. Needless to say I’ll enjoy the 3500$ elsewhere every year!
