EPON Member-Owned Router — Need ONU Provisioning to Remove XER10

I have Xfinity residential EPON fiber with a Nokia ONU and XER10.

I want to use Xfinity's Member-Owned Router option for EPON and connect my Ubiquiti UDM-SE directly to the ONU.

I am NOT requesting bridge mode or DMZ on the XER10.

Please add the appropriate customer-owned-router/COAM configuration, remove the XER10 from the active service configuration, and provision the ONU for the Member-Owned Router configuration.

I understand that this requires the updated ONU boot file that disables MACSec.

My desired configuration is:

Xfinity Fiber → Nokia ONU → Ubiquiti UDM-SE

I have already contacted telephone technical support multiple times without resolution. Please have an Xfinity representative familiar with EPON Member-Owned Router provisioning assist me.

@EG It is not unsolicited if they themselves are telling you to message them directly. My message was not ignored and my issue was solved.

You have to be asked individually.
