EPON customer-owned-router conversion — XER10 / 2 Gig fiber
I have 2 Gig symmetrical EPON fiber service with an XER10 in Bennett, Colorado. I need the supported customer-owned-router conversion: remove the XER10 from my account and have the EPON/fiber provisioning team push the ONU boot-file update that disables MACsec, allowing my TP-Link Deco BE23 to connect directly to the ONU.
I’m not asking about bridge mode, generic compatibility, or placing my Deco in access-point mode. Please have an official employee contact me privately to complete the account/provisioning change.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
