Entering bank information when paying not going through

Im trying to enter my bank information to pay my bill but Xfinity is not accepting it.

Also, are you trying to enter this on the Xfinity app or through a web browser? If you are using a browser, sometimes trying a different one or clearing your cache can help the system process the details smoothly.

I keep trying to add a bank account to pay my bill and theres constantly an error. Ive tried redownloading the app and clearing the cache on web browser but no luck.
