Enrolling into unlimited data plan

So I’m pretty sure I was in the unlimited data plan for awhile, and it’s always been my intention to be in that plan as I use a considerable amount of data monthly. Yet when I last upgraded my plan from gigabyte to gigabyte+ some months back it apparently took me out of unlimited and now I have this data cap with overage charges I’ve finally noticed was occuring and that is NOT going to fly for me. It was a mistake to have even been removed in the first place , so Id like to get re-enrolled back into unlimited even if I have to downgrade to my previous plan again. Else I’ll be paying an obnoxious amount of money every month in overage fees.

problem being now is every time I attempt to even load the “enroll in unlimited data” page whether from the Xfinity app or from a browser, it just loads infinitely or gives me a page response error.

I’ve tried relogging, clearing browser cache. Switching browsers, resetting modem and reconnecting. To no avail. Can someone please help me get my account back into the unlimited data program? I’d be much obliged.
