Endless frustrations
Absolutely abhorrent. Peacock was free with my service. I tried to activate it with several agents, it never works. I give up. Now two months later, I get an email that I’m now subscribed to peacock even though I made no attempt to subscribe recently. The agent doesn’t understand that yes I’m aware it’s free, but why does it say that my free subscription isn’t activated? And am I going to be charged? Why did I randomly get this email? She thinks I just want my subscription activated. She’s a billing agent, she says I’ll transfer you. I wait for the transfer, get connected with someone who seems to understand my inquiry. And then the page freezes. Unbelievably irritating, now the live chat is lost. The actual product of xfinity wifi is quite good, but their software and customer service are so poor quality it’s made me consider switching. And now, as I went to submit this review - an error occurred and I get an error message on the page, replacing my written content 🫠 this is my second time now typing it.

Here’s how we can fix this right now:
Billing Assurance: If Peacock Premium is included with your current Xfinity service package, you will not be charged. The email likely relates to a required technical step that was never finalized.
Activation Failure: The problem lies in successfully linking your Xfinity ID to a Peacock account, which is a common technical sticking point.
I can help me investigate the errors and the mysterious email, could you please send me a direct message with your full name and address along withthe following information?
The subject line of the recent email you received?
A quick confirmation of your current Xfinity service plan (e.g., Internet and TV)?
I want to prevent you from dealing with another frustrating disconnection.
