To end your Seasonal Convenience Plan early, you can make the change directly online by following these steps:
On the Summary page, click CHANGE SEASONAL CONVENIENCE
Select April 13, 2026 (or your desired new end date)
Check the box confirming you understand and agree to the rates and charges
Click SAVE CHANGES
Once this is completed, your seasonal hold will end on the selected date. If you run into any trouble while making the update or still see the error afterward, please let me know. I’ll be happy to help further.
