end of services

On March 5th We went to Xfinity store in Waterbury Ct around 10 am  Was there to turn off all services and return equipment.

Everything was done and I have a receipt and was emailed twice later in the day. Thing is the internet is still working .

Just wondering why it isn't shut off.

We send out an automatic email confirmation anytime an order is set up to close your account. The orders to close an account will stop billing you on the requested date but take 10 days to fully close out in our systems. That may be why you are still getting service today.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
