End of service date not showing in email

Hi there,

I called support and initiated an END OF SERVICE for December 16th, the day after I received an email but in the Cancellation details section the "Last day of service:" field is left empty. There is NOTHING on my xfinity page that I can see, that has the end of servcie date.
To make sure that the system has it correct, since I will be leaving the country and wont be able to do much, can someone please check that the date of End of Service is correctly set in the system for December 16th 2025?
