employee compliment
I want to let Xfinity know about the service I received from the tech who came to my home ([Edited: "Personal Information"], [Edited: "Personal Information"]) on 5/17/22. Our cable had not been working for 36 hours. His name is Rich and I cannot say enough good things about him and the work that he completed. He was here much longer than I believe he expected. The work was much more complicated but that did not affect his positive attitude. He was here around 3 hours. Our cables were probably 25 years old and vines had wrapped around the outside cables. He had to cut the vines just to get to the old cables and replace them. He never once complained. His attitude was so refreshing. He even tolerated my Chihuahua Bella following him around. He put all his trash in our trash cans, not leaving one item for us to dispose of. I spoke to him a bit and learned that he has worked for Xfinity for 17 years. Xfinity is very lucky to have Rich.

You can do that by signing in to https://support.xfinity.com/svp-contact-form, selecting "Compliments/Recognize an Employee", and filling out the form.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience with Rich. This is wonderful to read and I would love to make sure he is personally recognized! Like BruceW stated, you can absolutely submit your compliment through the link and form provided. You can also send me a direct message with your account information (name and either address or account number) and I will make sure the feedback is provided to Rich and his leadership.

It's at the top-right corner of every forums.xfinity.com page.
To send the requested information in a private message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
above or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person" but don't do that. It won't work.
Instead, type Xfinity Support there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it

Hi, Xfinity
I just want to give a compliment to my tech, "Kevin" on his service call. First, I was running late and he patiently waited the few minutes I needed.
Once we began speaking that is what impressed me. He sounds like a very dedicated employee and I can only hope that he is being noticed by management.
Thank you Xfinity, I'm finally internet bound! :)
